If you get an error message similar to "The application failed to initialize properly," you may need to install the .NET Framework. Version 1.1 of the .NET Framework is supported, but version 2.0 may also work.
Please note that computers with a functioning Sage MAS 500 client (version 6.3 or later) likely already have the .NET Framework installed.
